Work Plan

You agree to work 40 to 60 hours/week, depending on which city you are working in. We will guarantee to schedule you for an average of at least that many hours/week.

You will be paid 1.5 times your base pay rate for all hours that you work over 40 hours each week.

Example:
If your pay rate is $6.00/hour, you will make $9.00/hour for all hours over 40 hours in a week. Your average pay rate works out to be $7.00/hour based on 60 hours/week, and you will gross (before taxes) an average of $420.00/week.

If you are working 50 - 60 hours per week you cannot work a second job.
