Work Plan
You agree to work 45 to 60 hours per week, depending on which city you are working in. We will guarantee to schedule you for an average of at least that many hours per week over the term of your employment agreement.
You will be paid 1.5 times your base pay rate for all hours that you work over 40 hours each week.
Example:
If your pay rate is $7.25 per hour, you will make $10.87 per hour for all hours over 40 hours in a week.
If you are working 50 – 60 hours per week you cannot work a second job.
