Work Plan

You agree to work 40 to 60 hours/week, depending on which city you are working in. We will guarantee to schedule you for an average of at least that many hours/week over the term of your employment agreement.

You will be paid 1.5 times your base pay rate for all hours that you work over 40 hours each week.

Example:
If your pay rate is $7.00/hour, you will make $10.50/hour for all hours over 40 hours in a week. Your average pay rate works out to be $8.15/hour based on 60 hours/week, and you will gross (before taxes) an average of $490.00/week.

If you are working 50 – 60 hours per week you cannot work a second job.

In 2009 on July 24, Federal Minimum Wage will rise to $7.25 per hour for all workers.

If you are earning less than $7.25 base wage when this date occurs you will automatically be given a raise to $7.25 ($10.87 OT)
