Who is PMG?
The Pool Management Group, Inc. is the parent company for 16 swimming pool management companies throughout the United States.
Each one of our locations provides complete professional pool management, which includes lifeguards, maintenance service, chemicals and repairs.
Our Work Program for international students began in 2003 with 30 students working for us as lifeguards in three cities. In 2004 we joined CIEE Road Show so that we could interview students face-to-face, and we expanded the Work Program to 10 cities.
Since then we have expanded to 10 cities. In 2007 we began conducting Lifeguard classes in Sofia to train students to be Lifeguards before they travel to the USA.
We are totally committed to delivering what we promise to students! Since 2003, we have had over 700 international students work with us; some returning for a second and third summer. The program was a great success for the students and for our companies.
We offer a unique work plan in which students can work up to 60 hours per week. We pay 1.5 times the hourly wage rate for all hours over 40 hours in a week.
